Refund eligibility for subscription services depends on the time elapsed since activation and the volume of content already delivered.
Advisory engagements may be cancelled with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital reports, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. We will address any concerns collaboratively.
Subscription cancellations require at least 30 days' written notice prior to the next renewal date.
Eligible refunds are processed via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval.
Refunds are not granted where services have been customised extensively, where deliverables were fully utilised, or where delays are caused by client-side actions.
In the event of a prolonged service interruption caused by Market Insight SA, we may offer subscription credits or partial refunds.
Quality concerns must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. We will review and work towards a resolution, which may include revised deliverables.

Disputes will first be addressed collaboratively. If unresolved, they may be escalated to mediation in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Scope changes may alter fee structures. We will communicate adjustments before additional work commences.
Failure to meet payment terms may result in suspension of services. Recoverable costs incurred will be billed to the client.
